We don’t provide returns and refunds unless and until there is some serious issue in product or delivery is delayed by more than 15 working days in India.
We provide replacement if there is a faulty or defective product.
Replacement of the same value or more. If more then additional amount to be payed prior to the delivery.

Therefore mentioned charges are only applicable if the buyer initiates such requests. No charges will be applicable if such steps are initiated by us.
- Warranty Complaints:
For products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer to the manufacturer for any complaints or issues. AutoNation believes in helping its customers as much as possible and has a liberal cancellation policy.
Return/Refund Policy:
- Eligibility for Return/Refund:
We accept return and refund requests only under the following circumstances: if the product delivered by us is in a damaged condition if a wrong product has been sent, if the product is dead on arrival, or if the product is defective. Buyers have 7 days for a complete PC set after delivery to inform us of any disputes in the order and to claim for return or refund. Buyers should bring the issue to our attention by email or phone call.
- Seal and Missing Parts:
If the seal of the product is opened and the product is not faulty, return/refund will not be applicable. Additionally, return/refund requests will be canceled if any part or accessory is missing from the product box.
- Packaging and Transit:
Buyers should keep the packaging material until the return window is opened. This will help in packing the product securely to avoid any damage during transit. The product should be packed in the same manner as it was received, and tapes or glues should not be applied directly to the product or its box, as this may lead to cancellation of the return request. All accessories that were delivered with the product should be returned along with the product.
- Refund Process:
If payment was made through our payment gateway, the refund will be processed to the same account used for payment. In the case of bank transfer and cash on delivery (COD) orders, refunds will only be made to the buyer's bank account. Refunds typically take 15-20 working days to reflect in the buyer's account.
